11 Below Brewing Company

The name “11 Below” is a reference to the Owners’ former oil field careers. A barrel of beer contains 31 gallons, which is 11 below the 42 gallons in a crude oil barrel. The brewery is spacious, with a small tasting area and plenty of picnic tables. Pallets of empty cans are stacked almost to the ceiling. Their tap list is generous for a variety of beer tastes, which includes their flagship amber, Oso Bueno and a full, yet crisp Red IPA called Color Blind. Rentsch Brewery

Rentsch Brewery was founded by father and son David and Andrew Rentschler. The inspiration for opening a brewery began in Europe where Andrew was studying German and picked up the extracurricular activity of 'studying' biergartens. It was at a biergarten that the dream for Rentsch Brewery began. Recently they doubled the brewery’s size, increased production capacity tenfold and added a state of the art canning line to bring Rentsch to you. The pride and joy of the new space is the addition of a beautiful new taproom and 5000 sqft beer garden. It was specially designed for all to come enjoy what beer garden life is all about.

Oak Cliff Brewing Co.

For nearly 75 years, the founders and their families have called south Oak Cliff home. As kids they passed by the Astro Drive-in Movie Theatre and Polar Bear Ice Cream shop while riding their bikes to and from their Grandfather’s church. Eventually they left home for school. Years passed by and when they returned, their old stomping grounds were almost unrecognizable. As the revitalization of Oak Cliff and the beer-making revolution caught traction, the heart of Oak Cliff was lacking unique craft beer destinations to call home. The founders embraced the opportunity to change that–and there was no hesitation on what to name it: Oak Cliff Brewing Company. In addition to operating a brewery, they operate a distributorship and self-distribute 100% of their award-winning beer.

Hop & Sting Brewing Co.

The name Hop and Sting pays homage to the tale of the Frog and the Scorpion. In this story, the scorpion follows his nature, and in doing so he risks everything. While this story has no happy ending, it poses an interesting question: Do you play it safe while denying what is in your heart, or do you risk it all to do what’s in your nature? Hop and Sting Brewing Company was started because brewing great beer is the top priority. The brewery focuses on the quality of our beer and the experience it brings to the beer drinker (whatever it costs). To do this, they are willing to risk it all. What makes them willing to go to such great lengths? Because it's thier nature to brew. They started as 2 brewers dtermined to not let any obstacles and setbacks get in the way.
