What’s the Point?
Great question. And one of many that will be answered in a BrisketU class. Besides learning your way around a brisket (the “point” of a brisket is opposite the “flat”), we will teach you about wood selection and fire management. It’s important to know what to expect as the process of smoking a brisket progresses. Things like what to watch for, pushing through the “stall”, when to wrap (or not), and when your brisket is perfectly done. So the point is, join one of our easy-going BBQ pitmaster classes and make some great friends while you learn to make some great brisket. In 3 short hours, you’ll be certified.
