Who Are You Guys? What’s BrisketU?

We’re a small group of welders, musicians, ad guys, BBQ judges, pit gurus, and competition veterans that want to share our brisket-smoking knowledge. We’re a handful of folks that all have a passion for perfection when it comes to mastering our pits and impressing our friends and family with consistent, mouth-watering brisket. We all struggled at one time to smoke this tough cut of meat, but didn’t really know the best techniques. We researched and tested and competed and now we know. So we created an intimidation-free place to learn how to do it right. And we call it BrisketU.

We’re easy-going, relaxed and we’ve made it convenient. We hope we get a chance to meet you at one of our sessions. And when you’re through, you will be a true Texas pitmaster ready to pop open a beer or two and crank up the smoker. Feel free to give us a shout if you have any questions.
