No Label Brewing Co.

The company launched in 2010 and their beer can be found in bottles and on-tap throughout Texas. The name "No Label" came about because the proprietors wanted a beer that was not exclusive or pretentious, but a beer for everyone. 11 Below Brewing Company

The name “11 Below” is a reference to the Owners’ former oil field careers. A barrel of beer contains 31 gallons, which is 11 below the 42 gallons in a crude oil barrel. The brewery is spacious, with a small tasting area and plenty of picnic tables. Pallets of empty cans are stacked almost to the ceiling. Their tap list is generous for a variety of beer tastes, which includes their flagship amber, Oso Bueno and a full, yet crisp Red IPA called Color Blind. BBQ aficionados will enjoy the pairing of Negative Space, which carries the weight of a stout, but has a touch of heat at the end with the addition of Ancho chilies.

Eureka Heights Brewing

The Eurkea Heights name comes from the Eureka Heights fault system, which runs under the brewery. The fault was important during the development of Houston and even has a railroad tower named after it. Planted in a mostly industrial section of the Heights, this brewery prides itself on being a neighborhood-friendly stop with plenty of parking (which is a real rarity in the Heights). Their year-round beers are always crisp, flavorful and (mostly) low alcohol. Don’t miss the seasonal stouts that are served year round.

Rentsch Brewery

Rentsch Brewery was founded by father and son David and Andrew Rentschler. The inspiration for opening a brewery began in Europe where Andrew was studying German and picked up the extracurricular activity of 'studying' biergartens. It was at a biergarten that the dream for Rentsch Brewery began. Recently they doubled the brewery’s size, increased production capacity tenfold and added a state of the art canning line to bring Rentsch to you. The pride and joy of the new space is the addition of a beautiful new taproom and 5000 sqft beer garden. It was specially designed for all to come enjoy what beer garden life is all about.

Black Water Draw Brewing Co.

Blackwater Draw is located in the Historic downtown Bryan (they have a brewpub on Northgate also but the class is hosted at the brewery in Bryan) and is named after the beautiful birthplace of the Brazos River located in eastern New Mexico and West Texas. Now unlike that sludgy, unsanitary, downstream water that courses through the Brazos Valley, the beautiful Blackwater Draw sources unadulterated purity. Their beer is brewed in-house and is as sweet and pure as the water that pours from the Blackwater Draw. The Blackwater Draw Brewing Co. makes bona fide craft beers that are as cultured as the grain that makes them.
