The Class
Pitmaster360 is our general backyard BBQ class for the everyday cook and covers all of the tips, tricks and confidence you need to smoke a number of BBQ favorites just like a pro on any type of smoker. Each class covers the entire 360 degree view of smoked brisket, St. Louis style ribs, plus other seasonal speciality items. If it’s a general working skills knowledge of smoking meats you’re seeking, then this is the full spectrum BBQ class for you that covers fire management, wood selection, techniques, and take home recipes.
