3. Services Offered We provide in-person BBQ classes and instruction.

4. Ticket Purchase and Payment Terms

• All tickets must be purchased in advance with upfront payments.
• Accepted payment methods are Visa, Amex, Mastercard, and Paypal.
• We do not accept cash or offer payment terms.

5. All Sales Final

• All ticket sales are final and valid only for the specified time and date of the class.
• Tickets cannot be refunded or exchanged for future class dates under any circumstances.

6. Event Cancellation by Backyard Pitmasters

• In the rare event of a cancellation by Backyard Pitmasters, you will receive a full 100% refund of your ticket purchase price.
• We reserve the right to make changes to class dates, times, or locations due to uncontrollable circumstances. If such changes occur, we will notify you as soon as possible.

7. User Obligations

• We provide all necessary materials, including notepaper and pencils.
• Attendees usually have the option to sample the end products, but not take them home.
• Attendees must be 18 years old or accompanied by an adult. The minimum age is 13.
• Most events are held at breweries, which may enforce a minimum age of 21 to enter the property, regardless of alcohol consumption. State law applicable to the brewery’s location must be followed.
• Your presence at a class constitutes your consent to be photographed or videotaped for the promotional use of Backyard Pitmasters.

8. Limitation of Liability

• Backyard Pitmasters, LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our services.

9. Governing Law These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Harris County, Houston, TX.
