Is this class hands on?
Every attendee is actively involved, as the small class size allows for up close and personal interaction with our team. Our industry-leading low price doesn’t quite allow for a brisket or other protein for every student. But you will gather around as we trim, prep, wrap, inject, rub, season, light up, select woods, and more. And it’s presented so you are encouraged to participate. This is NOT a lecture session. Come to learn, get involved, and be prepared to taste awesome smoked snacks throughout the class.
